WI-FI not working along with Bluetooth headset

Hello Friends,
The problem I am facing is, while I am connected to my bluetooth headset along with WI-FI after some time the WI-FI stops working.
So is anyone else facing similar problem.
From what I have observed, It happens only when due to certain cause the bluetooth headset gets disconnected, and the phone tries to reconnect to it automatically. To again have my WI-FI working I need to reboot my phone.

hey Prashant welcome to wpcentral forums :smile:
Try to do a hard reset by holding volume down + lock button until your phone vibrates and reboots itself (ignore the black screen to slide down ).

no it wont delete any of your personal data :smile:

This method is called soft reset which actually refreshes your OS (but it does not delete any data ) :smile:
