Wifi and Bluetooth issues. Please Help!!!

I just got this Nokia Lumia 925 and I have some serious issues the WiFi and Bluetooth. Whenever I turn them on, they just grey out and don't actually turn on. I have to reset my phone to try again. I have tried every form of reset available. Someone please help!!! Thanks in advance

This sounds odd. I would try a hard reset. Then a call to Nokia Care.

NOTE: Deletes Everything...

To hard reset Nokia Lumia 925, on the start screen, swipe left, and tap Settings > about > reset your phone.
