WiFi hotspot won't work - anyone else?

I have a 950XL running 14390 and my WiFi hotspot fails, says can't connect to cellular network right away without even trying. Been like this the previous 2 builds as well. It used to work perfectly on the production builds I was on until last week.

Anyone else having this issue?

Please file a bug report in Feedback Hub. Appears to run here on 830 with 14390. In the past when I've had hotspot issue a reboot has generally helped. Also turning off some of the "Turn on remotely" options. May be worth adjusting them in case it relates to Bluetooth control.

I had the same issue on my Lumia 640 after upgrading to 14390. A soft reset / reboot fixed it for me.

Others have reported that turning off Bluetooth will allow the Wi-Fi to find the Internet.

I did a hard reset and still fails. I always have BT off and all BT options in sharing off.

Even after the new 143933, same problem :/
