wifi keep open the same page for accepting connection

I went to Prague couple days ago and used free wifi provided by Hervis Sport in train station. When I moved to other country and tried to connect to other free wifi provided by other, it took me to the Hervis Sport page to connect the wifi. No matter wifi I used, its automatically directed to Hervis Sport accepting page. The worst part was no matter what I did, accept or skip it, I could not connect to wifi. It just said "no internet access". Now I am back to my country and it keeps going on like that. Can anyone help explaining and probably solving this problem? Thanks for your answer in advance.
