will 2520 get cortana, swipe, and notification panel like 1520?

I really like the 1520 8.1 update. Will we get any of this cool stuff?

Windows Phone and Windows RT will reportedly be merged with the next version i.e. 9.0, so until that happens you'll have to wait. There's also no guarantee that new Windows "MobileMerged" Edition will be made available for existing Windows RT devices, so if I were you I wouldn't hold my breath.
