Will Orange Poland unlocked 920 work in Ireland?

I'm thinking of using a Nokia Lumia 920 which was originally bought in Poland (on the Orange network). The phone is unlocked so I understand it should work fine in Ireland. However, how does that work for updates? For example, will I have to wait for Orange Poland to release firware updates, or will I get them when Vodafone Ireland release them?

Also, is there anything else I should be aware of?

You will get updates if orange pl is pushing them out.
But you can flash unbranded firmware so you will get updates earlier and 100%.
