Will the 810 get WP8.1?

Do you think the Lumia 810 will get WP8.1 via the normal channels? (Developer Preview doesn't count).

I'm going to say yes to this one... Not that Nokia will run it out, but Microsoft will give it to users. I doubt that the 810 will see another direct update from Nokia or T-Mo.

well doesn't the updates supost to pass the carrier before ?

I think it will get WP updates from MS, just no firmware updates from Nokia, so I highly doubt Black will come out for the 810. After a while, MS was releasing WP7 updates for old phones, bypassing the carriers. I hope I'm wrong though, and Nokia updates the 810 firmware further. We still use an 810 in my house as a daily driver. Something about that phone is really enjoyable to use, and I can't figure out what it is.

Microsoft promised us a full support cycle of what... 36 months? I do believe that they will somehow push it through when it's time. I'm hoping that Nokia, being MS property by this time, will release a Black update for us as well.

I choose to live in this fantasy state until I am proven wrong. Also I really wanna try out 8.1 without getting a new phone.

Knowing T-Mobile as I do, it would shock and amaze me if the 810, 521 or 925 got it.

I would expect the 521 due to the massive amounts of sales. As for the 925 or 810? When the underworld freezes over (Or John Legere admits his campaigns are nothing more than fluff).
