I've been a registered developer for more than three years, and I did the GDR3 preview, so I'll get this one as soon as I can. If it is available before work I'll be late for work if I have to in order to install it before I go to work. If it gets posted after I leave for work, unfortunately I'll have to wait until I get home because there is no wifi at work. Perhaps I could take a lunch long enough to go to a restaurant with wifi, but that'll depend on the day.

Yes.. I keep on opening my wpcentral app and visiting forum to check if the 8.1 is already live! haha.

can't wait for dev preview! should be on or before 14!!

I set WPCentral as my lock screen for this very reason

Of course. It is impossible to be happy on old firmware. And if my device does brick I get to buy a new phone. Sweet either way.

Hell yes I'm taking the plunge. I joined Developer Preview on the first day it was available for GDR3, no regrets!

Can't wait for my early upgrade to 8.1, so excited! I plan on downloading the second it's available!!!!!!! So excited!

Will I? There is a dent on my 620's screen, right where "check for updates" button is located... I've been violating that part of the screen ever since Build, just in case.

Mark the May. it is put there just to cover all the angles of an agreement. Its just like all those countless lines of licence agreement we wont read before installing a software. We do read this because its just of one line. It says may void the warranty but not that it will and its completely dependent on your carrier and OEM. Read the all about dev preview post in the site for a clear idea
