Win 10 on Surface 2?

I read somewhere that Windows 10 wont be available on Surface RT and Surface 2, can anyone confirm this, or rather confirm that it's bull****?

I mean, it's not like the devices are five years old and unable to run it. It was released under one and a half year ago, for crying out loud! Frustrated.

Surface & Surface 2 is likely going to receive a "Windows Phone 7.8" styled update, we'll get SOME of the features of Windows 10....but essentially Windows RT is dead. Sucks to suck. I own a Surface RT my self, but I really don't care as I plan to get the next gen Surface Pro.
