Win 10 Problems

[Windows Central Question]

I Cannot:
access the administrator account: C:\windows\system32 net user administrator /active:yes = error 5,
correct Error 5,
access Safe Mode,
access any program that will allow me to alter these locked out apps,
I am in Local Account
I don't know what else to tell you.

Open settings app > accounts > email + accounts > set primary email account. Would be best to use the email account you use on your phone
