Win 8 and Zune Pass

I have a Samsung focus that I use as a Zune. Which means I still use Zune Pass.. I don't use the focus as a phone be ause I rather have a dedicated music player. I finally switched my actual mobile phone over to Windows 8. Can I use Xbox music on my 928 and still use Zune on the focus? I can't redownload all of my music. I don't want to lose my playlist and my autoplaylists.

Actually I have a Zune HD and a Nokia Lumia 920 and the playlists sync from Zune to Xbox music on my Windows 8 laptop

The Zune pass just became Xbox Music but wasn't rebranded on Windows Phone 7.x devices so to answer your question, yes.

so are you able to download music on both your Zune HD and your 920? Do you think that would be a problem for me if I use the focus as a Zune and 928 as my phone.
