Lumia 950 because is the right size and I believe it runs cooler than the 950XL. The Snapdragon 808 is the best choice.

I'd want the Lumia 950 XL for its larger screen size. Going to school with my laptop was a big headache so I got a cheap 8" Windows tablet. I got really accustomed to the large screen. So far I have been looking for a Windows phone to replace may aging Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini, which is tiny in comparison to my sister's phone, with a 5.5" screen. I feel like I need a device with a screen that at minimum is still bigger than 5". Once you go big you can't go back as easily.

I like the bigger battery, and love the big screens since I do most everything on a phone these days.
