I'd take the 950 as I've never used a huge device before but I wouldn't mind trying it out. I'm testing my hand at writing apps and would like something other than the 640 to test it on.

I would go for the XL variant. Bigger screen = definitely more productive device (Excel reports, Remote Desktop, Web browsing, etc.) :wink:

My choice is the 950XL. I've grown accustomed to the iPhone 6 Plus big screen and can't imagine going back. Of course that could just be my 50+ year old eyes are no longer focusing closeup as they use to be able .
