I'd go for the L950 if I had a choice because Lumia 950 handset packs solid smartphone specs behind a 5.2-inch screen, including a Snapdragon 808 processor and 32GB of storage. The 20 megapixel PureView camera is a direct descendant from the excellent Nokia cameras from the good ole days.

Tough choice, but I would go for the Lumia 950 XL as it looks a bit nicer, particularly around the camera housing. It would be too big for some, but it's fine for me.

Always wanted to enjoy Flagship Windows Device but was limited to mid-tier coz of budget constraints. Would love a 950XL or even 950 for that matter as Windows is fluent with any hardware. It will be an apt update and santa gift for me after 710, 720 and 830. The highlight factor for me in both smartphones is the OS and Camera topped by best and suitable design for a smartphone. Really really hoping to win this time and get my wife onboard by gifting her my 830. She is too pretty tired of HTC Desire 501 Android.
