I'd choose Lumia 950 XL, coz i already a have Lumia 930 and i need a bigger ,better, snappier, phone.
So i can make my old lumia my office phone without extra expenses.

I would go with the Lumia 950XL, because of the bigger screen, better battery and faster processor. Asides that, I had always wanted to get the Lumia 1520 but had to settle for the Lumia 930 due to availability, so I decided to wait for the 1520's successor. The 950XL was really worth the wait.
