I'd choose the Lumia 950 - It's exactly the right size and form factor sweet spot for day to day use.

I'm looking forward to the 950XL. I've used the 1520 and the size is perfect. I'm a little disappointed that the size is a bit smaller, but everything else is perfect. Looking forward to using Windows 10 Mobile and putting the newer processor through it's paces.

I really want the lumia 950 xl ... it looks a great phone, with a great camera and the right size in spite of the large of its screen... and coming from a lumia 520 it'll be a great improvement

The 950XL is a winner! And that's what I'll choose, reasons:
- to experience continuum
- screen size ala the bigger the better
- camera - would replace my main camera

I will choose a 950 because as the owner of a Lumia 1520 I am a bit done with the super sized screens. I feel as though 5.2 inches might be the sweet spot for big screens.
