I would choose the 950 XL. My wife has a 1520 that has been awesome for her, but she needs a replacement. I convinced her to come over from Android to the 1520, in fact. It's nice there is a viable replacement to keep her happy in the ecosystem.

I would take the Lumia 950XL because while both new phones are very nice, I have grown to love the bigger screen on my 1520 and going back to 5 inches would be tough.

I wanted to be the 950st poster but I missed that so I wanted be poster 1900 (double 950 = 950XL) but I also missed that mark. Anyhow now I have at least a post.

Lumia 950XL. Since switching to a Lumia 1520, I've become spoiled with the large screen. I don't think I could go any smaller than the Lumia 950XL's screen size and still enjoy the experience as much. Iris scanning and improved camera are also things I want to play around with as well as the Continuum feature, which would help me greatly in my job.
