Speaking honestly, if I was about to buy the phone myself, I would probably get the 950 for it is a more comfortable size. But if I am the winner, I'll get the 950 XL for it is the more expensive one

I'd like a 950XL. I had some 1:1 time with both devices at the Microsoft Store, and the 950XL just felt better in my hand. Not hefty or heavy at all. And love the fact that it's unlocked and supports dual-sim.

I would choose the 950XL because it basically the best of Windows Phone. But sometimes I find myself wanting ATT features like vvm etc which would only work on a 950. Tough choice....but pretty sure I would be happy with either.

1) its bigger battery size, last longer
2)size, better when viewing videos
3)it has better specs
4) i like the way the camera looks (don't like how it looks on 950)

Lumia 950 is perfect size and I need to replace my partially damaged 930 screen as double tap to wake and camera button no longer work. Love W10 on my Lumia as on my SP3 so again the 950 is perfect - pick me, please LOL
