"Wind" sounds from the speakers?

I always had this thing but not sure if it's from my service provider or just a normal thing or not. I'm with Optus in Australia and have full reception bars with 4g and 3g.

I've noticed that when I'm calling, when the person speaks, there is a "wind" like sound with their voice.
I've also noticed this sound when locking and unlocking the phone. Just before the notification sound comes, the wind noise comes first.

Has anyone noticed this?

Yeah I've tried soft resetting. I updated the phone to Creators update before using it much when i first got it. So I'm not sure if it's a software problem or hardware. I'm on insider fast ring, i didn't know about the wdrt problems back then, otherwise i wouldn't have went insider. Must apps crash and the phone is close to unusable.

Crackling and popping sounds come when watching videos.
Static and wind sounds when calling.

I recommend starting off insider until wdrt is at least fixed.
