Window Phone 10 - dropping every call

I am on Verizon and just picked up the l735. Upgraded to insider 10 and now cannot make calls. Every call drops. Tried several soft and hard resets, same issue. Now rolled back to 8.1 and everything fine. Anyone else have this issue?

It must be another one of VZW's shenanigans...

It's really strange because the cell signal looks fine and rest of phone runs like a top in wm10

Ok, all is well again. Reinstalled wm10 from 8.1 and everything now works, including visual voicemail, which has not worked in wm10 before.
