Anyone else getting issue where Cortana on taskbar is working but not on Spartan?

I managed to get Cortana working by setting the Current System Locale to English (United States)

How to enable Cortana if you're using Windows 10 outside the U.S.

From 10041 it was working, up until I updated to 10049.

Even if my Region is United States, it won't work until I downloaded the Language Pack and rebooted. Try it.

You need to change the locale to English, select it by default, plus try to choose regional settings to English
