Windows 10 - Cortana not connecting to the internet when using my voice?

For some reason, Cortana will say things like "I can't connect to the internet, try again in a little bit" whenever I speak to her. It works fine when I just type what I want to ask or search. I've been having this issue for two days. I've restarted my computer, Cortana, my connection, my modem, but nothing seems to be fixing this.
