1) Windows 10 fall update installed
2) first occured when trying to update nVidia driver
description of issue:
- start up Windows; normally operating for cca 5 minutes
- system reports no pop up failture, but C: partition of my HDD drive is not recognizible any more (partition for OS)
- when hovering with mouse over desktop icons, screen gets black
- Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't work
- OS seems to have no access to C: drive at all
- only way is hard reset
I tried many ways how to fix it. Including updating all drivers recommended by DELL support. This issue pracitcally makes my computer useless.
Please help.
