Windows 10 Explorer problems

I've successfully installed Windows 10 9926 a few days ago. Now suddenly my Start menu isn't working, Cortana won't launch as well as the Notification Center. Task Manager isn't pulling up as well. I'm using this on my desktop. Anyone having this problem?

chances are somewhere on this planet someone has faced this problem but they are not on WPcentral yet. Under testing OS will always have small issues. I had just one of the mentioned issues with Cortana. I just switched her off by changing the region back to AU and never had this problem again.

If issues persists you can always go to windows feedback in the search box next to the start button and report it to MS. I am sure the nice people who let us try their developing OS will listen and address the issues.
