I'll write something up tomorrow. Giving it another day to settle in and get used to stuff. It's a mixed bag so far.

Updated a day ago...messed up and tried to go from slow ring to fast ring and update that way...wroooooong. Finally got it though, my smile came when they included a cellar toggle and able to customize the notification center more to my liking. My problem was finding the right wpcentral app but finally got it. My music app is still in process to work on TP10 but I'll have to find something else to listen to whilst doing yard work. Still get the resume/loading screen but not enough to annoy me.
Battery is to be expected but what can you do, carry any type of charger with you or a juice pack. Had to redo a few apps but that's alright, everything i use is on the start screen where I don't have to swipe down to get it. All the other ones were either featured or free as a recommendation. GPS is a whoooole lot better from 8.1 and i use that for work. So far no probs other than getting used to the layout, Icon!

Can you provide a list of apps that are no longer available? Depending which apps are no longer available, I may hold off until they are available on the new app store.

It's charging for me. What do you mean by doesn't charge well?

It charges slower than a regular cable charger.

Any good music downloading app for 10? I usually use audiotica because it saves music to the app and the phone but there still working on it to roll with TP10.

How is your phone powering off or booting up? Mine seems to shut down fast.....but boot slower than normal as you hold power button down. Some times i feel the vibration as it starts or shuts down..and sometime I do not. Sees like I have to hold down the power button for 12 seconds before it responds or starts too boot up.

Anyone else notice a very inconsistent start and shut down timing and smoothness compared to normal 8.1 use?

I really miss being able to hit the farthest left side of the screen to get the check box on to select/deselect individual things for deleting. It's not much more of a chore to go to the bottom of the screen and hit the designated button, but sort of when you're dealing with a 5'' screen. I have an issue where apps that i had on 8.1 are there (like windows central) but they will not update. When i click on them it loads then goes to nothing. I think i need to hard reset, but not sure if that will really do anything. Oh and as for missing apps, i can't see battery saver and data monitor from 8.1? anyone else? not in the all apps menu as well. So far like others have said though, not enough annoyances to go back to 8.1 It will only get better and more stable from this point on.

I'm experiencing this as well. Seems to work after a restart, but eventually the audible notification seems to stop working. Need to feedback this issue. I have a custom sound for messaging, but I'm pretty sure I had the exact same experience before I set up the custom sound.

Since I do not get any message notifications on the tile pinned to my screen.....I found that if I enable Cortana to announce alerts and other info.....I can at least get a audible txt message alert from my contacts. Works for now anyway.

Cortana- Hamburger - Notebook - Settings- then toggle the alert info and ect. to On.

Ok so i think i want to do a hard reset, but i cant figure out how. Every thing I've read says you hold vol down+ camera+ power while device is off, the phone will vibrate then release power and continue holding down vol and cam buttons then it will reset. So far it just goes though normal boot up when i do that. I've also read that going through settings and doing it that way is bad, can anyone testify to this and or tell me if the first way mentioned is correct? Thank you!

Since I installed the Lumia Camera Beta before on my account, when I used the Win 10 store it showed up in My Apps....I then downloaded it to the phone. So you might not see it available unless you installed it prior to updating to win 10.

I'm on 10166 and I think it's a very good OS. GREAT battery life. everything seems OK, except WI-FI....I cannot connect. Any known issues ? This is was an upgrade from 10149 (???). I did a hard reset on that build but not on 10166. I guess I should try that. Thoughts?
