Windows 10 for Non-supported phones

I've been digging around on XDA looking to see if there is a way to get the latest build of Windows 10 on my Samsung ATIV S Neo. It looks like there was a way several months ago, but the method seems to have died off. Any suggestions or advice?

I am suprise that the ATIV S is not getting the preview. Microsoft said that all phones running WP 8 are compatible with version 10.

Semantics perhaps but they said all 8.1 phones technically.

I would expect it to appear on the Preview sometime after, if not on, launch.

This I am aware of. However, I'm am trying to figure out if there is another back end way of running 10. I would much rather tinker and fool around with 10 sooner rather than later.
