Windows 10 for phone bug

Hi
After installing Win 10 on my lumia 820 I can not open Settings (soft reset did not help)
if someone knows digits combination on dial pad (I forgot) for hard reset or knows how to solve my problem, please answer!

Checked Insider app for updetes and got another updeate for win 10, now I can use my Settings , but still interesting about digits combination in dial pad for hard reset.
