Windows 10 Grey Titles Bar

Grey titles bar are very ugly. I think some color would be better, something like that:

I know developers can modify title bar colour in their applications, but, not any developer will do that, so might be a good solution if Windows detect automatic colour title bar in that apps

What do you think about that?

You can set the color of the taskbar under Personalisation?
