Windows 10 installation freezes, how do I solve it?

I did a clean install of Windows 10 Technical Preview build 10130. My tablets hardware is capable of running Win10 (Win8.1 was previous installed). But when the screen with express setings apeared, the Win10 installation freezes. I can't click any button. I can reboot the tablet and I can enter recovery. My tablet is a HP Stream 7. Please help.
