Windows 10 / Lumia - unlock by ?enter A1B2C3? doesn?t work. What should I do?

In found below information.
If you have too many PIN unlock attempts, you?ll see the ?enter A1B2C3? reset experience. The workaround is to press Emergency Call after entering the code, then press Back and you?ll be able to enter your PIN.

But I doesn?t work, I am trying severals times but one I press emergency call and I have not the option to press back. onle call or cancel.. so I can unlock my pone..
Please help me !!!

This was "only" valid for W10 mobile build 10136. (and even there it did not always work. So if you are on another build I fear you need to do a hard reset ti get in your phone.
