All those seeing the error, try leaving insiders and trying again. I see some people having luck with that. I myself couldn't even unenroll so decided to reset.

i cant install this update on my lumia 830 (slow ring), error: 0x8018830f, i tried two times

Seems everybody on the Release Preview ring got that error.

Cannot believe MS can't even get such things right.

The solution which worked here too: leave the ring, go production. Reboot and then the upgrade to 448 succeeds.

So I installed 14393.448 yesterday and now action center messages are no longer being cleared automatically. For instance, when reading a text message or an email, the notification of that new message/email just remains there until I clear it manually.

Anyone else having this problem?

Did anyone notice that since the last few builds, background tasks and push notifications show up even if battery saver is ON? All battery saver does is reduce the display brightness.

so if 393.448 is an official release and not intended for those enrolled in the windows insider program why install it if you are enrolled and just wait until the next insider release gets pushed?

Notifications won't go away..I'm still having this issue.There is always a notification symbol for messages(WhatsApp,sms,outlook mail) which I already have read. L640XL

I have this issue only with Messenger. I received a message 2 weeks ago and the live tile has never dropped that message ever since, although I read it. I already deleted the Messenger app and reinstalled it before which was the only cure but obviously I don't want to do that after each and every f---g message. Also unpinning and repinning does not help.

This bug sometimes affects the Facebook live tile too, if you dismiss the notification from a browser.

anyone else found that their devices are restarting without warning?
i have 950XL on TMO and its restarted 3 times in 24 hours - while on the lockscreen.
also missed a phone call - not sure if thats related or not - got voicemail tho...
not on insider - just regular production

Error 8018830f when installing W10 tech preview Lumia 920 - Microsoft Community one guy on here saying changing the language matching the region seems to have helped...?

my language already matches the region. I had seen that post but since mine already matched, it was not an option for me.

I did see some say they changed the Insider Level but none posted back if that worked.

I am think about just stopping insider preview builds and see if I can get it to update that way.

EDIT: I exited the insider program now and when I check for updates, it comes back with my device is up-to-date....but its still on .351. Did M$ pull this build from non-Insiders????

There's definitely something wrong with insiders. Earlier I couldn't get the build on release preview and couldn't exit release preview.

After a factory reset, I got the new build, but now I cannot join insiders again anymore (says I am not connected to the internet)

Today, I received a test message, read it, and voil? the Messenger live tile now also updates correctly.

I'm a slow ring member with this failing on my phone. Am I OK to let it continue to fail, in the expectation that it won't stop subsequent updates from loading in the future?

I create ms account with gmail,this is problem. Send mail from outlook to gmail,and return mail to outlook,but mail is delivered to gmail with is created ms account,no on outlook. Synch not work.

Seems like the builds are becoming less and less stable. 2 new features introduced with the latest production build is now random reboot about once per day. I haven't had reboots for many months/builds. Also almost everyday my WiFi stops working and I have to soft reset just to turn WiFi back on. This is really getting sad.

Since updating to 448 at least 2 of my apps have stopped working. The apps themselves have not been updated, so the cause can only be 448. Sad indeed.

having issues with store app, downloading an app gets so far then it hangs and stops then error see details, but no details to see, if I do a soft reset the app then fully downloads, but then the issue pops up again if you try to download further apps. .... more than annoying.
