re: Windows 10 Mobile Official/Production: Anniversary Update 14393.448 (Redstone 1, non-Insider)

I had just selected insider builds but I though it had failed because I went back to select fast ring and it gave me the options to begin receiving insider builds instead of being able to select a ring, thanks.

I have a 640 and my hotspot does not work at all. I get a message: Cannot set up hotspot, turn off wifi. (the wifi is off of course).

As the build is official and no one can 'roll back' per se, admins have decided to just retitle accordingly.
Makes sense. On the other hand, I like the "new thread for every build". That way you can quickly see if there are any new bugs based on the comments. If we stay in the same thread people need to remember at which page the new build comments start. #firstworldproblems

Re: Windows 10 Mobile Official/Production: Anniversary Update 14393.448 (Redstone 1, non-Insider)

I was on release preview, kept getting 0x8018830f error after download, during the "preparing installation" stage. Tried un-enrolling from release preview, 9/10 times got the "not connected to the internet" error. 1/10 times that I did get the option of un-enrolling, after clicking "restart now", nothing happened and I continue to be in the "Release preview" ring.

Factory reset, now the new build is installing.

Hope battery life is better, the last couple of builds the battery tanks in 11 hours for me on 950 and 950XL.

I also think a new thread would be more reasonable for each major update.
