Windows 10 Mobile released for Lumia 730/735 (Officially)

For me, the update version is shown as 10.0.13080.107 instead of 10586.107, which looks like a Pre-Redstone Build from MS, is this correct? BTW, Lumia 730 is an unlocked Indian Variant. Haven't tried w10m, i'm waiting for MS to push it through WDRT.

Hey Non-Insiders,getting W10M on Lumia 730.I am still stuck in 10586.164 preview build. Facing these issues-
1.Unable to hide Navigation bar for .xap apps Like UCBrowser,Converge,Opera Mini,CamScanner,Moliplayer pro.(this one is important.
2.Unable to off Navigation bar vibrate in "touch" setting.It's only showing "...".
3.Dimless "all apps" menu.i.e.,background brightness increased after back to app list.
Have you still facing this with fresh official update.
Insiders DON'T SAY #1 WILL BE FIXED IN REDSTONE BUILD.

Hey friends,
Yesterday I had upgraded my lumia 730 dual sim from 8.1 to windows 10. It was updated to .104 then updated to .164. After completion, everything works fine. One thing is the Photos app crashes whenever I open the app. Im not able to uninstall the app and reinstall it again. I donno how to fix this issue. And the data usage app is not showing the amount of mobile data I used from yesterday. Im able to set the limit for the sim in which I use the data. But it shows the app wise data usage when I click the Usage details link for the particular network.

The Windows 10 Upgrade Advisor is saying that my phone is eligible for the update, they are working with the mobile operator and phone manufacturer to make the upgrade available for my phone, i would see it when it's ready. That is what is saying even though my 735 is unbranded.

This message indicates that the phone is branded with the mobile operator. Just like other branded phones your mobile operator is working with microsoft for making the update available via ota. For the unbranded phones microsoft has already made the update available via ota.

I think camera is fine.. But one big con noticed only this evening; SMS app is not receving ringtones. and it's missing from Notifications setting page too(Messenging + Skype) . And there's no way to reinstall a MS system app . Hopefully this will be fixed very soon.

Just downloaded the update and it has been almost an hour that the device is "preparing for instaling" and it's only at the 75%... is that normal for this part to take so long? The phone is still working without any problem but I'm not sure it should take that long...

Yes it is normal at times. Mine got stuck at 2% for an hour in preparation and proceeded. And i got stuck at migrating data 2/16 62% for approximately 4 hours.. I switched off the phone and turned on again. Then it proceeded well and completed it all.

Now thats weird. A unbraned phone can update even without a sim card. This update has nothing to do with the mobile operator unless branded. Better contact your mobile operator regarding the problem.

For everyone having problems with apps like photos,settings,phone etc., kindly backup necessary data and do a hard reset. I had sluggish performances initailly but after doing a hard reset, it works like a charm. On a side note,New caller id interface while someone calls you is interesting. What new feature do you like in win 10 m from win m 8.1?

My phone have got nothing to do with my mobile operator as this is a Country Variant phone. I just put my own sim card with whatever network I wanted.

you need to install upgrade advisor and then the update will appear.

Hello, i just now updated to .164 build. I don't understand what you mean by not receiving ringtones via sms app? Can we receive those files via sms?

I meant i wasn't hearing sms notifications at all. Got the answer for that: background app(for messenging) was off.. so i enabled it and only then it appeared in the Notifications list .

To resolve some issues, I did a hard reset last night and restored data via Backup. It failed to restore some apps(particpating app) data and texts for some reason! so I lost all that, . Luckily, they are not important so it was OK. Photo App is still chunky and refreshes for too long. Hope it will be fixed in future. All in all, the UI and animations are a refreshing change.

p.s: I still find the phone hot when the phone is on charge(<60%) it wasnt so hot earlier u know.
