Windows 10 Preview installing for 2+ hours, 20% complete!?

The windows 10 preview has been installing on my windows 8.1 laptop (boot camp MacBook pro) for over 2 hours now and is at 20%. Is this normal? Being that Windows 7 used to install in under an hour, I really don't know what to think other then that something is wrong.
