Windows 10 printers disconnected, how can I fix this?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 printers disconnected

I just installed the official release of Windows 10 and am having the printer issue that was supposed resolved previously. Namely, my printers are disconnected and I have to run the Troubleshooter every time I want to print. Is their a fix?
