There is no confirmed date as of right now.

It was mostly a bitter joke but what about the possibility to run Android/ios -apps (without hacking)? most parts of the previously nice GUI (swipe instead of hamburgers etch)? most of all Lumia unique apps? A Continuum that could do multitasking (was that not the original plan?)? And, all unique MS apps (which are now available on all platforms). And, they must have had SOME plans for something new and exiting with W10M?

W10M seems more like a complete rewrite (to move to W10) aimed to copy WP but missing in the finer detailers. Nothing "new".
