Windows 10 running extremely slow on NEW pc with internet and mice crash, how can I fix this?

Windows Central Question

Windows 10 running extremely slow on NEW pc with internet and mice crashes!!!

Epic fail!! Anything takes 10 minutes to load in order to crash with no signal from mice and keybord. Hate you guys!
