Windows 10 Store says i'm to young to buy a game. How can I correct this?

Windows 10 Store says i'm to young to buy M game

I wanted to buy Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for windows 10, however when I go to it, it says "You have to be at least 17 years old to get Gears of War: Ultimate edition for Windows 10" However I was born on 1990 so I don't know why this would be happening.

Go to outlook.com > log in > settings > check if your birth date is set correctly > if it isn't; you know what to do... if it is > set it to a different one > save and then set it back to te correct one > give it some time for the changes to take effect
