Windows 10 Sysprep restart pc

[Windows Central Question]

I try to capture reference image of windows 10 through SCCM
start capturing image, when starting of process sysprep restart PC automatically Error Shows "Your PC ran into a problem and need to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we;ll restart for you"
