I found this amazing video on YouTube and it's working great on my Surface.
It enables more than one wallpaper as a slideshow on lockscreen by some registry tweak. Just go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER / Software /Microsoft /Windows / Current Version / Lockscreen and create a new DWord value with name SlideShowLayout and set the value between 1-6.
