Windows 10 update issue with Lumia 640

Recently I was updated my mobile from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 using Insider-> Fast mode update.
I'm using Wi-Fi with 2MBBS network speed. The mobile is detecting the network and downloading all the applications and upgrading.
But the OS upgrade is not working, i found some of OS the updates released few weeks before.

try a restart of the phone and then check for updates - make sure it's wifi you're using and not cellular data
