Windows 10 update problem

when I start win 10 after the update get a notepad file that opens up and stays open until closed. Titled desktop (1).ini it says [.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Why dose it show up and how do I get rid of it? I feel it dose no harm or than be an annoyance. Any help would be most welcome.

I think your system fails to update your OS properly or there is some issue while updating your OS online. Please check back with your Windows 10 update and re-update the system with latest up to date update.
