Windows 10 Version 1511 'shell:sendto' problems

I Received Windows 10 Update to Version 1511 on 3 home computers. On 2 of the computers the right click context menu no longer has the option to right-click on a file and send a shortcut of the right-clicked file to the desktop. Although the command appears in the Sendto folder, the option does not show up in the context menu. I have tried many suggestions to correct the problem. I have verified the CLSID for the command in the registry, I have tried copying the command from the one computer where it still works to the appropriate directories on the 2 computers where it doesn't work, etc. Nothing works. This has worked on all 3 computers for years before receiving the Version 1511 upgrade. All 3 computers are 64 bit. The 2 computers that no longer have this context menu choice have Intel Core I7 processors at 2.8 and 2.9 GHz and 8 and 12 gigabytes of RAM. The computer that still has the context menu option working is an AMD Athlon II P320 DualCore CPU at 2.1 GHz with 4 GB RAM. Would appreciate any suggestions as to how to fix this issue. Thanks
