Windows 10 Weather Apps

Live tiles work fine for me on Windows 10 EXCEPT the weather apps. No matter what weather app I pin and turn live, it will only show the logo and no updates (including the Microsoft Weather app). I have turned on the ability to search my location, and set the settings. Anyone have any idea why only weather apps won't run the live tile?

Turn off location based search and put your location manually.
