Windows 11 memory leak (or something like)

Since I updated to windows 11 I have problems with it, I think it is memory leak..when I play intense hours at some point begins to have lag.. temperatures are ok fps are normal..own a laptop...searched a bit on the internet but I didn't find much,i found something says to restart explorer from task manager it works but after a while the problem returns

Does anyone else have this problem and have found a solution?

I want to mention when I had windows 10 I didn't have this problem.

I did this with malwarebytes and mcafee, nothing has changed
