windows 8.1 after soft reset (nothing}

hi guys , i updated to 8.1 , but was having issues with data connection , so i did a soft reset , all im getting now is a blue screen with a sad face , tried to soft reset ,power on etc just reboots to the same screen .. any help appreciated .

Try a hard reset

hi no luck will not hard reset .. volume down , power , camera buttons

It seems that you have bricked your phone , if soft reset is not working then take your phone to nokia care(if you have a Lumia). They may be able to fix it.

I don't think Nokia will fix it since you went to 8.1

They can. Moving to 8.1 does not voids warranty. But it depends....

hi guys i successfully used the nokia software ware recovery system i am now back to v8.0 .. think i will be staying put untill official release ..

Wow! You have saved your phone. Well that might be a temporary brick and that is why you are able to recover the OS.
