Windows 8.1 rollout for t-mobile?

I own a 521 I bought it when it was like 100$ when it first came out. I dont really care about the app gap I have everything. I really wanna know when t mobile will rollout the 8.1..

Thanks i left iphone and my htc for it. Dont get me wrong thoes are good phones but this has that "extra sumin sumin"
