windows 8.1 update 1 availability officially to non developers

Hey!I just wanted to know as to in wat time will the update 1 b available for commoners

We don't know. Certainly not in the near future.

Just use the Developer Preview if you want, its fairly painless.

Also, its Windows PHONE 8.1 Update 1, Windows 8.1 Update was released months ago for PCs. Easy mistake, but it makes all the difference.
