Windows 8 forum is added

We are getting a bunch of questions on Windows 8 so I have added a new Windows 8 area. It is in the Extras for Windows Phone section. Please move all W8 questions there.

I just moved a bunch of them. Its a fine line crossing over to the world of PC software. I don't really want to make that leap just yet. The tablet world and the PC world are really going to melt together with the introduction of Windows 8. Its going to be hard to keep it separate. Traffic will dictate how we proceed from here but for now one forum will have to do.

That's very true. I upgraded to Win8 on my laptop last night and unless I click on Desktop, I am running Tablet software.

I upgraded today as well. Took me 6 hours. I was running the consumer preview. I had to do a complete restore then read all my software then upgrade to Windows 8 then read a bunch of software again. PITA.

I really didn't like it at first. I like it now after playing with it for a while. I am getting use to it now and I am learning all the tricks to get around.

Yah they put some tricks in that's for sure. I have had it for a week now I'm still figuring things out
