Windows Central... How to recive toast notifications?

Hello all a few days back I had to hard reset my Lumia 1020 due to the TheChive app bug... Anyways when I reinstalled the Windows Central app I don't receive the toast notifications anymore. I've allowed it to run in the background through battery saver but still noting.... Any ideas?

Did you check under Settings -> Notifications

That's on the phone, not the app.

In Windows Central App , go to settings--> Live tile . Here you can enable.
